The houses offered on the Dreamhomes site are all inspected and of the quality and standard advertised. The houses we offer are of a high or exceptional level of comfort. If a holiday home is not up to our standards we will not offer it to our clients. We prefer to invest in quality.

Transparency: no surprises

The price and cost of the holiday homes are clearly stated. Additional costs are VAT or Stamp Duty (at 10% for second homes and Non-Residents), Notary Costs, Registration Fees, Agency Fees translation/translator fees and in the case of new builds, connection fees to mains and cadastral fees. For your purchase it is unnecessary to employ a lawyer as all italian realtors are qualified to handle the sale up to the preliminary contract, but should you prefer legal assistance, or an independant survey then these are to be considered additional expenses.

All property payment conditions are subject to agreement with the property developer.

House Plans

All houses are equipped with a technical planimetry, which can be either downloaded on this site by the client or requested to our office. In the case where the building is under construction, there is the possibility of modifying the internal, obviously with prior agreement with the property developer.

Building Guarantee

All new properties come with a 10 year guarantee and all off plan developments come with bank or insurance guarantees.
