Dreamhomes can organise inspection visits on behalf of the purchaser through its numerous accommodation partners, purchasers need only to book their flights and the customer will be greeted by one of our team. If in the eventuality of a purchase then all expenses are covered by Dreamhomes inclusive of flights, accommodation and board (this offer applies to all customers within the european community).
Dreamhomes advise all customers that when considering purchasing a home in Italy it is necessary to take into account approximately 16% of the property price for purchasing expenses : Notary, VAT, Land Registry Fees, Agency Fees, Mortgage Administration Fees ( if applicable), independent legal advice and connection of water, gas and electricity.
In the case of new builds there are furniture packs available from approximately € 8.000 – 10,000, inclusive of all white goods.
Dreamhomes also advise that when coming on an inspection visit, it is necessary to book for 3 days, the visit is divided into a ‘Guided Tour’ on the first day, ‘Property Tour’ on the second day and ‘Reviewing Property’ that is of particular interest’ on the third day.
